Support Specialist – German speaking

As a Support Specialist at Savvii, contact with our German speaking customers is your main focus. You and your team optimize processes to increase customer happiness. You will spend most time on contact with our customers and on other jobs regarding support (such as writing documentation or testing).

You support our customers with their websites and servers through email, telephone, chat and social media. You can sense commercial opportunities and act upon them. You know the latest trends in the hosting and WordPress business and provide input for product development.

You and your team have a very important responsibility to improve our customer happiness and build our brand.

In short, you are or you have:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor degree or comparable work experience
  • Minimum of two years of experience working in customer support
  • Excellent social and commercial skills
  • Native or near native knowledge of the German language
  • Knowledge of how the internet works (DNS, SSL, sFTP, etc.)
  • Knowlegde of WordPress
  • A flexible mindset
  • Available 32 to 40 hours per week
